Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the account was registered. Any refund shall only be made to the payment settlement system provider that has been used by the Authorized Account Holder to deposit money in the gendbaazi account. The website will make every effort to issue a refund within 14 working days of the refund query being processed and the refund being confirmed.
